HADC (formerly Macron Football Academy) began over 19 years ago as an independent Advanced Development Centre, one of the first of its kind outside of Youth Academy and Centre of Excellence football.

 

HADC is not a Club nor a Team, we offer keen female footballers the opportunity to develop using the latest coaching techniques & drills to compliment the player's coaching received from their school and/or local football team.

 

Our coaching is in a productive learning environment where players are encouraged to express themselves, we want to develop exciting players that are creative on the ball, have the freedom to play and are intelligent on and off the ball. We work on the core basics needed for the modern game, agility, balance, co-ordination, speed, intelligence, technique, attitude, strength and discipline. Sessions are centered around individual player development and are age appropriate.
